Made to order
Every piece is custom-made when you place your order. We can’t offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size, or options selected.
Damaged on arrival
If your print or frame arrives damaged, email info@alignedartworks.com within 24 hours of delivery. Please include:

Photos of the damage

Photos of the packaging and shipping label

A brief description of what happened
If the damage is solely attributable to the courier, we’ll do our best to arrange a replacement.
Exclusions
We’re unable to replace items damaged while being opened or handled after delivery, or claims submitted after 24 hours of receipt.
